Shipping

We attempt to have all orders despatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.

All orders are despatched with protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

Within Australia

• We offer a Flat Rate of Shipping Australia Wide for AUD $6.50.
• We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier services to have your items delivered.
• Orders are expected to arrive anywhere between 1-5 business days from the time of despatch/shipping.
• Customers are requested to provide a physical address (rather than P.O. Boxes) as some orders will require a signature upon delivery.
• If you require your items via an express postal service, please contact us after completing your order. Additional charges may apply.

Worldwide

• We offer two types of international shipping.

1: Worldwide for Japanese Papers (flat rate) for AUD $7.00 - If your order only contains papers from our Japanese Paper range, then this option of shipping is available to you.

2: Worldwide for AUD $15.00 - Please note that if the cost to ship your order via our national postal service 'Australia Post' greatly exceeds this amount and we are unable to absorb the cost, we will be in contact with you shortly following receipt of your order and either a full refund will be offered or additional charges will apply.
